Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement where possible or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Returns

If you wish to return a print, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss the return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Unless the item is damaged or faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow several working days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
